30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. For returns due to non-quality reasons, the product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and components.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for returns based on the condition of the returned item. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zettlab.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

Return Shipping & Fees

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information when contacting our support team:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

For verified hardware defects or manufacturing issues:

  • Zettlab will cover the cost of shipping and replacement parts (if applicable).

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, preference, compatibility):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a prepaid return shipping label is provided for a non-quality return, a fixed return shipping and handling fee of $29.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Software-Related Issues

For issues related to software, functionality, or user experience, many concerns can be resolved through troubleshooting or firmware (OTA) updates, and returns are typically not necessary. Instead, our team will work with you to provide appropriate solutions, such as:

  • Troubleshooting guidance
  • Firmware (OTA) updates
  • Replacement components if applicable
  • Other appropriate resolutions

Many software-related issues are continuously improved through updates, and we appreciate your patience as we enhance your experience.

 

International Orders (Outside the United States)

Due to the high cost of international shipping, customs duties, and logistics complexity, return and exchange options for orders shipped outside the United States may be limited. In most cases, returns or exchanges for hardware defects or software-related issues are generally not available.

 

Refund  Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will verify its eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

If you purchase a product directly from zettlab.com and the official list price is reduced within 30 calendar days, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference. To request a price match, please contact support@zettlab.com with your original order number.

 

Exclusions:

  • This policy does not apply to special promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), clearance items, refurbished products, or bundle offers. 
  • Price matching applies only within the same store region and currency as the original purchase.

 

Purchases from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from zettlab.com.
If you purchased from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon), please refer to their respective return and refund policies.

 

Important Return Notes

  • Please contact our support team at support@zettlab.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Do not send items to our corporate or contact addresses.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or from customers with excessive return activity.
  • All return decisions are subject to final approval by Zettlab.
