This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process for orders within the United States, as well as our international destinations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Please Note: Processing times may be longer during peak promotional periods or holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

  • United States: 48 contiguous states.
  • Australia (Mainland)
  • United Kingdom (Mainland)
  • Canada (Mainland)

Restricted Locations:

We generally do not ship to remote islands, overseas territories, or military addresses. Specifically, we are unable to ship to:

  • United States: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • United Kingdom: Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Isle of Man, and remote Scottish Highlands/Islands.
  • Australia: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and other external territories.
  • Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and remote locations requiring Air Stage shipping.

We are actively working on expanding our shipping network to include more regions in the future.

Shipping Methods, Times, and Costs

We offer complimentary free shipping on all eligible orders. Shipping times vary by destination.

Important Note on Pre-Order Products:

The estimated shipping and delivery times mentioned above do not apply to pre-order items. Shipping for pre-ordered products will commence on the date specified on the product page at the time of your purchase. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped to Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Zettlab is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are the responsibility of the customer as the importer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zettlab.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to investigate for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zettlab.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item's condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
